This spray was created to help bring your old dog back to the moment. Years ago, my beloved Joker would be walking across the living room and forget where he was going. He would seem lost, a bit confused, and a little frightened. I created this spray to spritz and help bring him back to us. It has fragrances in it that are used to clear brain fog and help sharpen the senses. Plus, I loved the smell.  If your dog is aging and has a few moments every now and then of forgetfulness, vagueness, or just seems a bit lost, this spray can be of great help.

I would  spritz 4-5 pumps in the air right over his head and call his name. Gently, quietly, I would then touch him and bring him back to the Now. The combination of the essences and my quiet tone will break the pattern. You may have to be very diligent with this until a new habit is created.

Spray in the air, allowing the mist to settle over you and/or your dog or in the air. Of course, it greatly enhances the effect if you keep a positive thought that reinforces the positive result you desire. Not being corny, but I would also send him so much extra love at that time to help bring him back to the Now. Joker lived a very, long time.  Of course, if your dog is in distress seek professional advice, but this spray can help until you get that advice or to the vet.

Here is the affirmation I recommend for old dogs. “You are loved, you are safe and you are well.” or “You are safe here, insert name.”

For immediate, action or event driven usage; if your dog has separation anxiety and you are leaving for the day, or if you have just adopted a new dog into your home and she seems stressed or afraid, or for thunderstorms or the 4th of July (times that often stress even solid dogs) – spritz 4-5 pumps in the air right over the dog’s heads. Of course, if your dog is in distress seek professional advice, but this spray can help until you get that advice or to the vet.

Nose Butter….for dry, cracked, yukky, crusty noses. Made of 100 percent Organic Shea Butter (unrefined, of course) organic avocado oil, Vitamin E oil, 100 percent Therapeutic Grade Aromatherapy from Young Living Oils, and a LOT of LOVE.
I have tried all the old standbys – Vaseline (petroleum by-products-the horror), Vitamin E Oil, blah, blah, blah, but my persnickety crew never liked any of those and would hide or act petulant upon application. Actually, our flat-faced friends can feel as if they are being smothered when we apply heavy Vaseline and such to their noses, it literally scares them. We cannot have a petulant or frightened French Bulldog, Pug, Boston Terrier, Bulldog, Boxer or any sweet dog, now can we… I am aghast at the thought!

So, buy my butters now and help stamp out yukky noses FOREVER!

Boo Boo Butter…for those ouchies and owies that happen in life. This uber-charged Boo Boo Butter has an extra dose of Pan-Away, one of Young Living’s top shelf aromatherapy oils and even more Vitamin E oil. It is a bit creamier and aromatic than The Blissful Dog Nose Butter. I also use the golden shea butter for the Boo Boo Butter. This is to be used as you would a Bag Balm or that type of item. This spray was created to help stop excessive barking and a bit of scrappiness.. It will not work on the dog next door who barks all day and night because he is so lonely and bored or a horrible dog attack.  Of course, if a huge dog is biting your Pug, don’t waste time looking for this spray…take appropriate action. This is created for snarkiness amongst housemates, not a brutal dog fight.It will help teach new behaviors and become the trigger to let your dogs know their actions are not proper. Kinda like clicker training, but smelling good.

For immediate, action or event driven usage – slight injury, barking, small fighting, etc. – spritz 4-5 pumps in the air right over the dog’s heads.

For barking and scrappiness I also say, Shhhh, in a very quiet tone. The combination of the essences and my quiet tone will break the action. You may have to be very diligent with this until a new habit is created. Now all I have to do is pick up the bottle and mine stop the undesired behavior, usually. Once again for a real dog fight, consult your vet or a pet behaviorist.

Keep in mind, some breeds and some individual dogs have a genetic predisposition to bark. Our Great Pyrenees barks at night as she patrols the property…we say she is singing to keep the bears, etc. away – she is doing her job. But that behavior transferred into a little Pug that yaps every time a leaf blows by, well, what can I say? This issue may also need you to delve into the WHY they are barking.
